Electronic Components Storage Construction Project Procurement Management In The Research And Implementation

As a part of the project management process, the procurement management can directly affect the three factors of the project management: quality and cost and time. The quality of the procurement management is the key link in a successful project and it’s also very important in the project management. Storage and delivery is the center of the supplier chain and the warehouse is the core. Procurement management is one of the important parts of the warehouse management and the efficient procurement management is an effective base of a successful warehouse project.The case used in this thesis is the S company’s construction project of the warehouse of the electronic components. The thesis in-depth analyzed and studied the procurement management in the project and acquired some applicable findings.This thesis firstly discussed the theory and technological bases of the procurement management. The characteristics and contents were also elaborated, as well as the common methods and tools. Secondly, the character and the target needs of the construction project were analysed. On this basis, the procurement management was planed and designed, and then the proposal and the model of the management were put forward. Thirdly, according to the research objectives, by using some methods such as cause and effect analytic method and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to systemically manage the construction project of the storage of the electronic components. For the project management, this thesis mainly focused on the procurement plan, process management and contract management. According to the result of the simulative case of the construction project, the management is successful.The findings of this thesis are very valuable references for the other procurement management in the warehouse construction project of the distributors in the electronic components industry.
