In recent years, the car sale volume is continuously growing in Chinese market. Until the end of 2009, it had reached 13.79 million per year which is more than the sale in US market. Chinese auto market has become the largest one in the world. Chinese proprietary brand's passenger car has taken 44% of the market share in the total auto market, and the private car has accounted 29.78% of the market share, both of them have an increasing trend in the following years.Because of the keen competition in the Chinese auto market, the profit margin in the automobile manufacture industry gradual decline. Foreign automakers, for instance, GM, Ford, Toyota and Volkswagen have established their automobile financial service institutions in China in order to expend their car sale business in the auto financial service industry. Small number of the domestic automobile manufacture group such as FAW,Chery established their own subsidiary of Automobile financial service institutions to provide financial service to their car sale. However, because the development of the Automobile-financial service is in the early stage in China, domestic automakers confront both internal and external factors constraints. How to deal with the constraints has become a significant issue for Chinese domestic automakers to develop the Automobile financial service.This report firstly studies the mature international automobile financial service models, meanwhile by an analysis of the current situation of the domestic development of the Automobile financial services industry, trying to propose some suggestions for China Proprietary Automobile Brand Enterprises to operating and developing automobile financial service. At the same time, this report specially analysis the case of HAIMA Financial Co, and providing the useful references for China Proprietary Brand Automobiles Enterprises. Finally, this report also makes some of strategic suggestion for China Automobile Financial institutions in order to conquer the possible challenges in this special capital market of China in the near future.
