The Research On Co-Opetition Of Local Covernment Ralationship Of Yangtze River Delta's Regional Economic

With the rapid economic development of the Yangtze River Delta region and the Shanghai World Expo held successfully, the regional economic development has entered a new stage, which is even more need for local government in promoting regional economic development to play their leading role. But the local government tend to the perspective of regional interests maximizing, resulting with other local governments within the region caused fierce competition and even the vicious competition. This article focuses on the economic development of the Yangtze River Delta of local government competing status and problems, and through local government in the Yangtze River Delta regional economic competing of the empirical study, putting forward promote local government to establish a good competition and cooperation relationship's proposals.Firstly, this paper introduces the background research, significance, the domestic and international research status, and the article's overall framework and research methods; Secondly, introduces to the related theoretical basis of the research systematiclly, including the theory of the regional economy, the related research of the local government relationship and the typically competing theories, which provides a firm theoretical foundation for this paper research; Thirdly, summarizes the overall situation in the Yangtze River Delta regional economic development, and pointed out that the Yangtze River Delta region in China's overall economic development strategy plays a very important position. Meanwhile, described the local government competition and cooperation status in the regional economic development, a profound analysis of the problems and their root causes. Forthly, sets up The Yangtze River Delta local government competiong evalution system on the basis of the indicator system on the local government competing at home. After that, the 25 cities are separated and grouped according to the empirical analysis about the local government competing degree among the 25 cities of The Yangtze River Delta, which provides the basis of practice for this paper. Finally, based on empirical results of the Yangtze River Delta local government competing relations, respectively from the perspective of the central government, local government perspective, civil society organizations perspective propose policy and proposal to establish a good competition and cooperation relationship.
