| Our country now aims at changing economic growth pattern and building innovative country。R&D researches need funds,but high-tech enterprises have more ratio of intangible assets,they have less tangible assets like housing and land for financing. Therefore, study on IP pledge financing of high-tech enterprises has great practice significance.IP pledge financing has more and more practices in China these years,but there also has many problems in it. It's more difficult for enterprises to finance using IP than using tangible assets. This paper studies on the problems of IP pledge financing. IP assessment and risk control are two bottlenecks in IP pledge financing. In this paper, income method and AHP are used in IP assessment. The paper also selects a listed company as an example for cast study. Because the risk control studies of IP pledge financing lack of quantitative analysis,this paper tries to use fuzzy math method in risk control of IP pledge financing. |
