As the process of economic globalization and informatization is accelerating, the logistics, as a new promising and value added service industry, maintains high growth rate of 20%~30% yearly, and becomes one of the three major promising industry with high technology finance. As co-ordination innovative service of finance and logistics, logistics finance is more outstanding.Based on third-party logistics enterprises and the supply chain integration, this paper is guided by the principle of interests-information sharing and risks shared to discuss how to use the professional resources advantage of third-party logistics enterprises, inand capitalize on and mine the external resources advantages brought by the supply chain integration in the logistics process to effectively carry out inventories pledge financing business, in order to deal with the plight of the external financing of small-and-medium-sized enterprises and steady the development of supply chain function to realize science run, risk controllable, shared interests and maximized efficiency of the supply chain. The study is trying to make the achievements operability and guidanciality.Major study contents are in the following:1. The basic theories of modes of stock pledge financing based on supply chain managementThird-party logistics theory results from socialization, enlargement and systematization of the logistics industry, as well as an inevitable demand and the precondition for logistics financial functioning. Stock pledge financing as the major logistics financing business model in China, needs the cooperation of the third-party logistics enterprises, financial institutions and supply chain enterprises. supply chain integration theory points out the ultimate aim of the inventory pledge financing which is to get funds chain smooth in the supply chain and industry chain and finally to maximize the efficiency of the supply chain. Therefore, this paper is based on the supply chain integration theory to put forword the operational mode for third party logistics enterprises to develop stock pledge financing.2. The mode of stock pledge financing based on supply chain managementAge of supply chain economy is coming, which makes enterprises face with a more complex and changeable environment. This paper first review the existing stock pledge financing models, and, on this basis, it designs stock pledge financing based on supply chain integration combined with the author's corporate practice. This pattern has some of reference and operation value to not only solve the plight of the external financing of small-and-medium-sized enterprises but also avoid business risk and develop this business.3. Positive analysisIn the background of a third-party logistics enterprises, this paper takes one stock pledge financing business as a case that the author ever participated in to resolve operation process of supply chain stock pledge financing and the practical effect.4. Improvement of risk assessment indexes of supply chain stock pledge financingThe stock pledge financing based on supply chain management is different from nodes financing model, so in business process the key point to identify and assess risks has also changed. As the subsystem of macroeconomic system, the operation has a mutual suppression. Based on existing indicators in risk assessment, this paper, taking by the principle of the interests and information sharing and risks shared as the guiding ideology, puts forward the risk assessment framework of the supply chain stock pledge financing based on general system theory, which covers the five primary target, namely the macroscopic economic and social risk, industry supply chain risk, credit risk, operation risks and stock pledge risks, and a number of a secondary index and the third indicators to provide decision reference for third-party logistics enterprises to develop stock pledge financing business.
