Nowadays, the development of small and medium-sized enterprises(SMES) becomes an important item in each Country or zone.Many countries all focous on the SMES'financial problems.The traditional methodswhich have a lot of limitation to solve the financial problems are not suitable for SMES.One of the best methods for SMES'financial difficulties is financial leasing.But in our Country,the situation of financial leasing in SMES is not satisfing.The paper first cares about the present situatiaons that lies in SMES'financial leasing and study the problem from this point.There are lots of problems,including few cases in financial leasing,don't pay the rent on time and so on.Then,the paper pays attention to the reasons of the financial leasing situation in SMES and compares ours with developed countries. We should improve SMES'financial leasing by such countermeaures as set up"the using rights"in SMES,don't put off the time of paying the rent,devolping many talents who have the knowledge of financial leasing ;the leasing company shoud take full use of the internet ;the government should bulid the other suppting systerms an so on.Then,we can make the SMES'development more healthy and quickly.
