Study On International Lease Based On Cultural Analysis

Modern leasing industry has been reputed as the "sunrise industry" in economic developed countries; along with bank credit, securities, financial instruments, it is also regarded as one of the three main financial tools; also the main channel of commodity circulation; plays very important role in the national economic development and the operation of market system. Leasing is not only the way of financing but also effective way of financial arrangement and capital management. It bears with the function of economic leverage to promote the consumption and investment; for the character of the separation of ownership and usufruct, it achieves the final goal of financing via leasing, eliminating the barriers of current financing risks; reallocates the social resources; is a good financial tool for its financial attributes.However, the development of the industry does not match with the development of the economy and the high potential of the market in China. To promote the development of the leasing, there are simultaneous researches on domestic leasing industry both theoretically and practically. Most of the researches are based on the system which works better in Europe and America, putting cultural element into the consideration is necessary because of the uniqueness of China as an ancient country with more than five thousand years history.
