Entering the 21st century, with the school-run enterprise restructuring and standardization, Shandong Shida Hengye Science﹠Trade Corporation Ltd. enters a fast development period. The business involves car sales, car maintenance services, teaching training, property management. With the enlargement in scale, the business scope from monotony operation to the transformation of diversification, enterprise human resources management is changed more difficulty and complexity, and the human resources administration departments as enterprise a necessary departments, traditional modes already can not adapt to the needs, parts or all of human resources management job outsourcing has become a trend.First, this article elaborates human resources management outsourcing related theory, including the meaning of human resource management outsourcing, characteristics, classification and the theoretical basis of human resources management outsourcing, then discussed domestic and foreign research status.Combining the theory, analyzed the current situation of Human resource management in the company, summarized the advantages and disadvantages in the company at present human resources management, combining these situation analyzed the necessity and feasibility of human resource management outsourcing, putted forward the flow, decision-making method and security measures of human resource management outsourcing.Human resources management outsourcing decision is the focal point, mainly including outsourcing or not, which contents outsourcing and the selecting of outsourcing service providers, in the decision-making process used the quantitative and qualitative analysis method, using analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to decide whether outsourcing ,using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to decide which content outsourcing and choose services.
