| The shipbuilding is a typical large-scale equipment manufacturing industry,can betterly show a country's economy and the technical strength,shipbuilding enterprise is a large, single, small batch production system, with more new products,quickly renewal, more constraints and more complex organization and so on. At present, with the intensifying of international shipbuilding market competition,most of our country's shipbuilding enterprises use the fixed-location production.The outstanding question of the fixed-location production in shipbuilding enterprise is: extensive management, the management of plan is backward, planning guidance is poor, and thus lead to the production cycle is long, project period delayed seriously, occupancy of inventory is high. There is tremendous gap of shipbuilding technology between China and international advanced level,exp in the control and organization of production management.This is clearly can not meet with the requirements of the development of the situation which ask the shipbuilding enterprises. Thus, according to the demand of fierce competition in the market and the fact of corporate, in order to adapt to this new market environment, manufacturers need to make adjustments to improve their market competitiveness,it has important significance studies the problem of production planning and scheduling.According to the manufacture characteristics of ship block building assembly,fixed location production and flow line production pattern are integrated in the paper,scheduling based on virtual flow line in ship block building assembly is proposed.This paper briefly comment on four key issues to carry out the virtual flow line ,such as the formation of resources, production time, the scheduling of resources and the resolution method when equipments or resources conflict. And then studied two key issues of mathematical models of the organization the virtual flow line: firstly, a mathematical model of resources formation; secondly, mathematical model of the scheduling of resources. As "shortest duration" the goal,a heuristic Genetic Algorithm is proposed to deal with the production scheduling problem in the virtual flow line production system,get the optimal scheduling program.This article also provided an application of the VFL-based genetic algorithm into Nantong XX enterprise, starting with introducing the current problem of its schedule. And then validate the validity of the VFL-based genetic algorithm by compare the solution with the reality, which has very important influence for the large-scale,heavy product manufacturing in our Country. |
