With the improvement of people's living standards and the development of food market takes advantage of the concept of heathy diet,which is typically represented by the consumption of non-fried instant noodles.Under the background of economic globalization,the production mode of non-fried instant noodles tends to multi-variety and multiple production lines.On the one hand,in the process of practical production management,labor costs and energy consumption are high due to the increased investment of advanced technology and equipment.O n the other hand,management difficulties are increased for the expansion of enterprise scale.Therefore,it is important for the enterprise's development to improve the efficiency and decrease production cycle.Based on A company of noodle production,a method of “Optimization and Simulation” is adopted to solve the problem of insufficient productivity and unreasonable production plan.Due to the unbalanced production capacity in production and packing shop,a method of “IE and simulation” is developed.Each procedure of production information is achieved,based on Em-plant simulation model of production lines and importing the actual production data.The Causal Analysis and some maintance methods are adopted to improve the employees' skills of analyzing and solving the equipment failure.The principle of ECRS,Operation Analysis and Therbligs Analysis are applied to improve the operation standardization,layout,efficiency and work-in-process inventory.By the methods of “5S” Management,the problems of unreasonable item placement and bad workshop environment are improved.The comparison of simulation results before and after optimization is made,which is proved efficient.On the basic of stable production process,a Genetic Algorithm in Simulation is adopted to reduce production cycle,which is caused by unreasonable scheduling.By analyzing the problems of multi-constraint,multiple orders and production lines,it could be described as a schedule with non-parallel production lines.Then,a mathematical model is developed to minimize the production cycle.An approximately optimal sched uling plan is obtained by the eM-plant modeling of parallel production lines and the importing production data.Compared with the orders scheduling before and after optimization,the scheduling plan of order can be got high-speed and reduce the order production time of workshop by the Genetic Algorithm in Simulation,which is proved more efficient than the method mainly made by artificial and priority rule.The simulation model is developed by object-oriented methods.By evaluating the operation effect in each procedure,the actual condition in workshop is entirely acquainted.Then,the methods of GA and IE are proposed to solve the problem of insufficient productivity and unreasonable order scheduling respectively,which is significant for improving productivity and reducing costs.
