Compensation management is the core question of human resource management of modern enterprise, also the important question of modern enterprise management. The design of compensation system is the premise and important part of building modern compensation management system. Scientific and effective compensation system can not only inspire the enthusiasm and initiative of the employee, promote them work hard to create greater value, and improve the efficiency of enterprise, but also can help enterprise attract, retain and motivate excellent employee whom the enterprise needs, to establish a highly efficient and stable staff team in the knowledge-based economy where the competition is increasingly fierce. Therefore, it has a very practical meaning for New Century Hotel to how to design a set of compensation system that is scientific, coincident with the actual situation of enterprise and helpful for meeting the needs of enterprise development strategy.This article takes new century hotel as an example. By the way of information collecting, speaking face to face and so on this article analyses the actuality and the problems of new century's compensation system under the relevant theories of compensation management and human resource management, explains the necessity and feasibility of implementing compensation inform, puts forward the conception of using total rewards to carry on optimized design of compensation, and designs out the basic model of total rewards system of new century, at last, puts forward working procedures and supporting measures aimed at how to carry on total rewards system. The aim of the paper is to improve the situation of compensation management of new century, and to provide some recommend for the design and management of the compensation system in hotel enterprise.
