Nowadays,the pace of reform and opening up is constantly increasing,and the development of market economy is further deepened.With the continuous improvement of management concepts and constantly updated management methods,Chinese enterprises' awareness of their own management is also growing.Human resources,as one of the most important resources of the enterprise,it is more important to manage it scientifically and effectively.Salary management,the most basic part of human resource management,is directly related to an enterprise's level and quality of human resource management.The research of salary management is the central in human resource management.This paper,through the research of B company,designed a new salary system based on the total rewards theory,devoted to solving the problems in B company's the current salary system,and improving the external competitiveness of the company's salary management.This paper takes B company as the research object.First,it shows the background,purpose and significance of the thesis,and introduces the status of total rewards theory at home and abroad,and explains its ideas,contents and methods.At the same time,it introduces the basic situation of B company.Through questionnaires and interviews,we find out the problems of the company's salary system and the causes of the problems.In the preparatory stage,the constituent elements and the theoretical composition of the total rewards theory are systematically introduced.And it expounds the ideas and principles of total rewards system design,and then,through the steps as organization design,personnel allocation,job analysis and evaluation,salary structure design,salary survey,and a lot of preparatory work.According to the above,the paper designs a more incentive compensation system for B company.Finally,the paper introduces the safeguard measures for the total rewards system.This paper hopes to provide references for the total rewards system design of other enterprises through the research results of B company,and ultimately enhance the strength of enterprises in talent competition.
