In recent years, due to the global economic integration and enterprise competitive degree unceasing deepening, relationship marketing theory become academic and corporate of new research hotspot. Enterprise pays attention to stakeholder benefit maximization, the attention and the stakeholders established stable long-term good cooperation relations, so as to lead to the company long-term interests is different from traditional trading relationship marketing theory the biggest different marketing theory. Enterprise with each stakeholder good relationship between the developments of enterprise marketing plays an important role, it will gradually be entrepreneurs or scholars place self-identity. But from now see, stakeholder theory although by many management scholars accepted and applied in many areas of management, but the stakeholder theory but didn't get relationship marketing field of full attention. About of relationship marketing research, while put forward to develop various aspects of the relationship, but more is still pay attention to customer, to maintain the customer loyalty, and to other parties concerned to study is less.This research is to some of the stakeholder theory analysis method to study the theory of relationship marketing, in combination with the actual situation of the private enterprises, help in private enterprises in the process of relationship marketing in full consideration of the internal and external stakeholders in specific interest demand, the marketing process according to different types of stakeholder requirements of targeted implementation of different strategies for the enterprise, thus bring long-term benefits. Therefore, this relationship marketing theory and from the Angle of stakeholder theory, this paper analyzes the stakeholder theory and the theory of relationship marketing, will the stakeholder theory, some achievements in the research into the relationship marketing. Combined with practical, aiming at the characteristics of private enterprises through in-depth study of system, and based on the stakeholder theory of private enterprise of relationship marketing strategy formulation and implementation steps and methods. In addition, based on this new strategy made empirical research.
