With economic development and technological progress,domestic airlines will gradually lose policy protection, involved in the fierce competition in the international market. In our country, the group of faster and more safety performance of transportation appeared because of the needs of economic development. Especially, as the development of high-speed railway, domestic airlines'advantages in speed and time will be broken, and the advantage in the domestic long-way express will also suffer huge impact.Facing the increasingly fierce competition environment at home and abroad, domestic airline industry still has many problems and insufficiencies, especially the problems as follow that the high rate of seats available, the high cost and low competitive has become more and more obvious. In order to improve the adverse situation as soon as possible, domestic airlines'management personnel should timely renew development concept, deepen the reform, innovate boldly, strive for the narrowing gap and turn adverse trends. Based on the successful development of foreign airlines, the research and application of revenue management has important significance for the development of domestic airlines.Through the use of optimized and predicted scientific method, revenue management as a new management technology can help airlines realize the optimal allocation of its resources, eventually obtain maximize profits. The seat optimization control and pre-sale air ticket strategy as the core contents of revenue management are especially important for the development of airline. Based on the thoughts of revenue management, through analysis the characteristics of market demand, cost structure and its influencing factors in domestic air passenger, starting from the actual problem, the paper constructs a couple of models that the seat optimization control model based on the distribution of passenger demand, and revenue management model of pre-sale air ticket based on the cross-price elasticity and marginal cost. The couple of new models fully reflect current situation of domestic airlines'competitive environment. Through example and solving optimal revenue values, the couple of models are proved to be reasonable and effective that they can provide policy-making for domestic airlines. The reasonable application of seat optimization model and pre-sale air ticket model can effectively reduce the high rate of seats available and the high cost, meanwhile they can enhance the competitiveness. The reasonable application of models has especially significance for airlines obtaining competitive initiative.
