Studies On Intra-Industry Trade Between China And Brazil

With the growth of world economy and further globalization,international trade has appeared a new condition . Nowadays intra-industry trade research has become a worldwide hot topic .At beginning,the intra-industry trade is popular between the developed countries,but with the time go on,it also becomes popular between the developing countrise.China and Brazil are the big countries in the developing countrise.China is the largest developing country in the world,and Brazil is also the largest developing country in the Latin America, their bilateral trade is not only good for their economic growth, but also be good for the growth of the world.At present, the bilateral economy and trade between China and Brazil have developed steadily, the volume of trade of the two nations continue to expand , In 2008,China is the second largest source of import and third largest export target market of Brazil.In this article, we can use the data from UN COMTRADE,china statistical yearbook,china foreign economic statistical yearbook and draw a conclusion by estimating the G—L index and analyzing the effect factor of intra-industry trade of the two countries that the form of trade the two countries is still dominated by inter-industry trade, the intra-industry trade of the two countries is influenced by many effect factors, the important factors include the China's per capita income, the trade volume between China and Brazil and the level of opening-up. Finally based on the above conclusions, it seeks the best ways formgovernment,industries and enterprises to improve the intrenational trade between China and Brazil, and and reinforce trade competitiveness .
