Research On China Private Equity Fund Development

This thesis researched on the China private equity fund development. Private equity fund is an important part of financial market. Private equity has made significant progress in the developed areas like America and Europe. In China, private equity fund is in an unprecedented developing period as the launch of ChiNext and the China conception company IPO boom in the oversea market.Firstly, this thesis introduces the basic knowledge of private equity, including conception, features, relative principle parts, and the history and situation in the world and China. Then, the thesis researches the development of the private equity in China. It studies the macro environment influence on China private equity, from politics and law environment, macroeconomics environment, market foundation environment and technology and industry four aspects. It studies the industry situation of China private equity from fund suppliers, competition situation, investments, exits of the investments, potential entries and substitute products and services base on five force analysis. At last, this thesis provides six suggestions on the growth of private equity in China.
