Study On Land Transfer And Agricultural Industrialization In Plain Farming Area

Under the background of agricultural industrialization and construction of the new socialist new countryside, the transfer of rural land has become the spotlight of the society. In this paper, the status of land circulation in Dancheng county and the relationship between land circulation and agricultural industrialization have been analyzed. This paper took the Dancheng county, Henan province, for example and deeply studied the related aspect of rural land circulation of this area. The research data is based on the study area's square meters of land transfer, the average income of famers and so on. All in all, the research results are as follows:(1) The dominated rural land transfer mode of Dancheng county are rent, shareholder and subcontract. And among those three modes, the subcontract is the most popular mode. At the same time, the total scale of transfer land is on the rise.(2) The rural land circulation has the promoted the development of agricultural industrialization and changed the job structure of the county.(3) Basec on the positive effect of agricultural industrialization to the transfer of rural land, the paper proposed some advices to increase the scale of land circulation within a reasonable limit.
