The development of China Economy not only provides the material foundation but also the higher requirement and motivation to the logistics industry in China. With the GDP growth, the attractiveness to FDI is one of the push forces of the logistics industry development, with the China Economy development that more and more enterprises of the foreign countries or districts invest in China continually produces active influence on the logistics industry. The experience of the China developing logistics industry has important significance to the developing countries, including Algeria (the Logistics Performance Index (LPI) allow for comparisons among 155 countries, the index can help countries identify challenges and opportunities and improve their logistics performance. on the ranking of LPI , China is in the 27 rank while Algeria in the 130 rank).This thesis is composite of the preface mark and the six main bodies. Preface mark analysis the significance, the research status in domestic and abroad, the research path, the research method and the innovations. The first part is the theory analysis, which is the theorist foundation of the thesis such as"Iceberg"theory,"Dark Continent"theory,"Third Profit Source"theory, and four other theories. The second part analyzes the History and the characteristics of China's development of logistics industry, the history starting from The Centralized Economy to Liberalization to the future and the characteristics such us Market Growth, Regional Disparity, Entry of Foreign Companies, Logistics Parks. The third part covers the existing Problems of the development of China's logistics industry, which in turn is subdivided into: Poor Infrastructure, Regulation, Bureaucracy & Culture, Poor training, Information and communications technology, undeveloped domestic industry, High transport costs, poor warehousing and storage and Regional imbalance. The fourth part contain a detailed analysis of the effect of the main forces that are changing and modernizing China's distribution and logistics system, these forces are: the booming economy, entering the WTO, E-Commerce and the Effects of World Expo Shanghai 2010, and an analysis of The Existing Causes of China's Development of Logistics Industry which include, Growth of Inter-Asian Trade, Port Development, Container Manufacture, and an analysis of the effect of The financial crisis on China's logistics industry, the adverse impact and the opportunities of The financial turmoil to China's logistics industry. The fifth part studies the effect of China's logistics industry on GDP, Production, Consumption, FDI in China on Imports & Exports and on the Chinese infrastructures waterway, airport, road, railroad, and warehousing construction. Finally in the sixth part, there is comparison and analysis of the Economy Overview between China and Algeria and what can be learned from the Chinese logistics experience for the purpose to give the effective measures of promoting the development of our international logistics industry.
