Research On The Development Of Logistics Industry Cooperation Between China And Uzbekistan

Logistics industry has become a complex integrated service industry with combining transportation,information technology and other science organically.The development of the logistics industry can promote social production,stimulate the consumption of residents,and solve the employment problem of large population.The development of modern logistics industry can help to adjust the national industrial structure,change the national economic development mode and improve the national economic so as to enhance competitiveness of a country.The development level of the logistics industry has become an important index to measure the national economic level of a country.According to the World Bank survey released on trade logistics,the global economic downturn,promoted the national trade logistics reform and improve its performance while it reduced the rate of improvement in trade logistics performance.For Uzbekistan logistics industry is still in its preliminary stage,the traffic infrastructure and the customs system lag behind in comparison to developed countries.Its backward logistics technology equipment,lack of professional personnel and other factors are restricting the development of Uzbekistan logistics industry.At the same time,in recent years,foreign logistics giants have set foot in China and Uzbekistan market,which brought opportunities and challenges to the modern logistics enterprises.China’s " One Belt And One Road " initiative by the international generally accepted has brought unprecedented opportunities to Uzbekistan and China’s logistics industry cooperation.First,this paper will use the literature review method,the theoretical analysis method and the factor analysis method to analyze the overall development level of the logistics industry in China and Uzbekistan from three aspects: the development status of the logistics industry,the logistics performance index and the logistics industry development trend.Secondly,this paper focuses on the development level and cooperation level of logistics industry in China and Uzbekistan,analyzes the current situation of cooperation between China and Uzbekistan logistics industry and points out the existing problems,summarizes the current opportunities And the challenge faced by China and Uzbekistan.Finally,in order to achieve the sustainable development of China and Uzbekistan in the competitive environment of both opportunities and challenges,this paper put forward corresponding countermeasures for the development and cooperation of logistics industry in China and Uzbekistan from the macro and micro levels,This paper argues that China and Uzbekistan logistics industry cooperation has great potential for development,the logistics industry should become the focus of support industry.
