Research On The Evaluation Of Financial Core Competitiveness Of The Listed Companies In Small And Medium Enterprise Board

In recent years, research on the core competence of the corporation has gradually extended to all functional areas,unprecedented attention was brought to the financial area, financial core competitiveness was put forward accordingly. China's SMEs board was founded in 2004, its scale has expanded rapidly and its market value exceeded 2 trillion in April 2010, it has become an important force of national economic development and the construction of multi-level capital market. Experienced the global financial crisis which is triggered by the United States, the listed companies in small and medium enterprise board how to enhance the core competence better in order to resist external risks, the scientific evaluation to the financial core competitiveness of which is of more realistic significance.Based on the theory of core competence of the corporation and strategic management, and combined with the actual situation of the listed companies in small and medium enterprise board , this paper studied systematically how to evaluate the financial core competitiveness of the listed companies in small and medium enterprise board by using research methods of integrating standardized and empirical analysis, integrating qualitative and quantitative analysis. First, it clarified the connotation ,basic features and constituent elements of the financial core competitiveness of the listed companies in Small and medium enterprise board, and further expounded that the improvement of the financial core competitiveness will increase the company's financial competence. Based on the thorough analysis of the development situation of the listed companies in small and medium enterprise board and the status of financial core competitiveness, this paper established principles of index system formation, used the design method of integrating matter-element extension analysis with rhombus-thinking mode, the initial indexes has been established by the divergent process and the optimizative indexes has been established by the convergent process, from three aspects of financial resources, financial activities management, financial performance ,the index system to evaluate financial core competitiveness established ,which is suitable for the listed companies in small and medium enterprise board; In contrast to the advantages and disadvantages of existing comprehensive evaluation method , the combination weighting was determined by integrating improved analytic hierarchy process which is subjective weighting with entropy weight coefficient which is objective weighting, thus puts forward the combination weighting evaluating methods, and combination weighting optimizative model was constructed in the additive model. Finally, according to annual reports of listed company which are disclosed in the giant tidal information website, selects the sample companies, calculates the original data of correlative index , empirical reasearch for financial core competitiveness of sample companies by using the combination weighting evaluation methods , Verifies the applicability of the index system and the model, analyses the empirical results in the light of comprehensive evaluation figures and ranking order ,makes Suggestions accordingly.
