Followed by domestic and foreignscholars on the core competence theory, from core competitiveness theory to now of the corecompetency theory gradually improve, further understand the connotation of the corecompetitive power, more clearly in order to enable enterprises to long-term and healthydevelopment, enhance the core competitiveness is the key. In addition, this part contains a briefintroduction of the full text content, including the thesis content, thesis research methods, theinnovation of the paper and paper difficulty. The second part is an overview of the corecompetitiveness of SMEs, it describes the definition of SMEs, describes the meaning of thecore competitiveness of the features, form factors and evaluation. SMEs are relative to largeenterprises, it is different from the large enterprises about the number of employees, revenueand total assets. With economic development, small and medium enterprises in China aredivided into small, micro-enterprise.
