Since 90 years of the 20th century, in the global economy and the trend of liberalization of trade in services, the services and the development of service trade have also shown a new development trends and characteristics, with the global service industry, service trade has become an important force for economic development of countries, it also became beyond trade in goods and FDI as an important international economic activities, at the same time, it has also become a measure of a country's international competitiveness, an important criterion for a country's economic growth and upgrading the industrial structure to play a an important role.This paper will use a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze China's service trade in the international competitiveness of the international competitiveness of research methods and techniques to measure indicators and Porter's Competitive Advantage of Nations theory is applied to the international competitiveness of China's service trade in the study were a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the international competitiveness of China's service trade situation. Qualitative and quantitative analysis use a combination of methods to analyze the following aspects of China's international competitiveness in services trade: market share of international trade in services, trade in services competitiveness index and comparative advantage index (including the revealed comparative advantage index, dominant competitive comparative advantage index and net exports of revealed comparative advantage index of three indicators).Through the competitiveness of China's service trade of qualitative and quantitative analysis can verify this in the third chapter raised the status of China's service trade development. China's service trade development for the status quo and restrict the competitiveness of China's service trade in all factors, we can see that China's service trade, although since the reform and opening up, with the larger development of trade in services has become an international market forces can not be ignored. However, the rapid development of China's service trade in the same time, there are a lot of problems, mainly composed of the following questions: First, although the fast rate of growth, but lags behind the development of the service industry; second, the service sector small-scale, long-term in the trade deficit; third, the export structure is irrational; Fourth, China's trade in services exports laws and regulations are not sound; fifth, and managerial talent gap is lagging behind, etc. These problems have seriously hampered the development of China's trade in services, impede the international competitiveness of China's service trade improved. Therefore, China's service trade, the study has important theoretical and practical significance.Based on the above-mentioned study for China's service trade problems, the last part of the paper made the following a few specific recommendations: to develop advanced production factors; trade in services-related industries to enhance the coordination and support mechanisms; improve trade in services, competition mechanism; adjust and optimize the overall structure of the service industry; speed up the service sector legislation, establishing a system of laws and regulations of trade in services; role of the government functions; actively undertake international service outsourcing.
