The 21st century is the information age, information technology industry as a pillar of socio-economic development of today's forces are more and more attention. As in this important industry, plays a key role in the development of information technology to senior management staff, its reasonable level of remuneration directly affect their enthusiasm for work and efficiency. By the U.S. sub-prime crisis triggered by the global economic crisis, background, frequently burst-paid corporate executives caused unreasonable attention of Governments, 2008's, governments have gradually introduced new restrictions on high-paid corporate executives unreasonable policy . Allows people to pay attention, for the executives reached an unprecedented height.In this paper, summing up domestic and foreign scholars on the basis of research and put forward suitable to China's information technology companies factors affecting variables, using China's Shanghai and Shenzhen stock market listed companies, 68 information technology as a research sample (excluding the ST and the listing of the last two years company), the sample companies from 2006 to 2008, three years of data, using the descriptive statistics, univariate correlation analysis, multiple stepwise regression method, obtained executive compensation and its influence factors in multiple regression model.Empirical analysis shows that the impact of China's information technology executives pay factors are company size, the company's total assets, rate of return, executives risk appetite and the proportion of independent directors, while the growth performance of the company, the chairman concurrently with the general manager of circumstances, executives of age, the company's assets-liability ratio, such factors as the nature of ultimate control of people pay little effect for the executives. Among them, the company's total assets of the company size and executive pay capital gains rates as the correlation between the most significant.Based on the empirical conclusions of starting an in-depth analysis that is not yet mature in our current market environment, should be based on the information technology industry's own characteristics, to establish a sound scientific and reasonable evaluation of executive pay system, improve enterprise risk management mechanism, while should be more concerned about the future of business growth, on the other hand, it should improve the disclosure of executive compensation information, and increase the transparency of executive pay.
