Research On The Risk Of Manufacturing Purchasing Based On The Asymmetric Information Of The Supply Chain

As the supply chain management has become increasingly popular, more and more enterprises have become a member of the supply chain. But the shortcomings of the supply chain - uncertainty and instability, are harder problems of supply chain management. As the core of the supply chain the manufacturing sector, various risk factors that caused damage are greater, procurement which account for more than 60% of product cost is focus of the corporate management.In this paper, I analyzd the supply chain management information asymmetry reason in the mechanism and effect firstly, combined with the premise of information asymmetry in the supply chain model of procurement, manufacturing characteristics and possible risks to discuss in-depth. Then mainly from risk identification,risk assessment and risk management several parts of the mode of procurement, manufacturing risks in-depth study. Risk identification mainly through the analysis of other areas of risk identification method of characteristics and application scope, summed up for this risk identification methods and tools; by setting of building the principles of risk factors, analyzed the risk characteristics of the model and the possibility of procurement risk, identified the risk factors for the various possibilities and manufactured system for the procurement risk factors. About the risk assessment aspect of this paper is to use AHP and fuzzy evaluation method to calculate the combined volume of purchase risk will be FI, RL, RS introduced into the procurement volume of the combined effects of risk factors, the volume of the procurement risk for a comprehensive and viable metrics. The final adoption of case studies to verify the practicality and effectiveness of evaluation methods, and the size of the proposed risk-based amount of risk of the corresponding response to recommendations.This paper focuses on studying of the theoretical of the manufacturing sector procurement, improve risk factors for the manufacturing sector procurement system, introduced the improved method of fuzzy-level risk assessment of procurement risk - the risk was carried out and a combination of qualitative and quantitative assessment to provides a new approach and ideas for information asymmetry in Supply Chain Manufacturing Purchasing Risk Management. This has some practical significance.
