Research On The Government Countermeasure Of Reemployment Of Broad Age Unemployed In Cities And Towns

In the face of high rate of global unemployment, all the countries in the world study reemployment as a major factor. Particularly, our government places great emphasis on it for Human Development. Broad age unemployed in cities and towns are special circumstance of unemployed, they can not hunt a new job by themselves in the competitive mechanism for selecting the superior and eliminate the inferior. Therefore, our government should pay more attention to their reemployment, and let it be a major component and one of main control objectives.This paper is based on the responsibilities and functions of our government in solving the problem of reemployment. Firstly, it defines the relative concepts of labor employment, and concludes the achievement in the field at home and abroad. Then it inquires into the problem of broad age unemployed in cities and towns, and analyses the features of broad age unemployed in cities and towns. Secondly, this paper will discuss the social influence of the problem. Thirdly, according to the specialization of broad age unemployed, this paper tries to find out the reason. This paper is supposed to explain the necessity of solving the problem of reemployment, from government function perspectives, and put forward the suggestion and realization access on reemployment of broad age unemployed in cities and towns.
