Since reform and opening, the private economy booming in China.It is gradually becoming an important part of the economy. It promoted the development of China's economic and it had profoundly changed the society. With the further development of the economy and the support of government, and private enterprises in China ushered in the new development opportunities.This paper focuses on studying international marketing strategy of one company which manufacture the industrial sewing machine.Marketing is typically seen as the task of creating, promoting, and delivery goods and service to consumers and business. To make marketing strategy, we must understand and analyze the current marketing situation of the sewing machine industry, and analysis the factors of the external environment and internal environment influencing company international marketing strategy,gathering international market information and measuring market demand.on this basis, using SWOT analysis model to analysis external opportunities and threats, to analysis internal strengths and weaknesses, then formulating goals and international market strategy, indentifying market segments and Selecting target markets,so that the company can maket more products to the international market, establishing profitable positions,raising international competition. and some other industrial sewing machine company can learn some useful strategic approach to the international marketplace.
