The Design On Trust And Decision-making Mechanism Of Supply Chain Enterprise Collaboration Which Based On Process

In the 21st century, historic upheaval has happened in the competitiveness environment and the new competitive environment becomes challenges for firms'traditional management. In order to adapting the new competitive environment, the supply chain idea and management mode based on horizontal integration cooperation between enterprises beginning to emerge and constantly showed significant competitive strengths and advantages. Supply chain management is an integrated management model and it emphasizes the coplanar risk and shared gains. Although the enterprises within the supply chain have a common economic interests, but from the result of the supply chain enterprise cooperation reality, many supply chain does not achieve its expected benefits, and its main reason is that there is no perfect enterprise cooperation trust mechanism, therefore, build a trust mechanism of supply chain companies cooperation, becomes an important propositions to supply chain research.This article based on summarizing the related past studies and explaining the related theory application, mainly researched the trust and decision-making mechanisms of supply chain collaboration enterprise which based on process, summarized five factors to measure credibility under the model. On this basis, use the Markov model, design three evaluation degree of the trust metrics and through the detail records of the metric evaluation level during the long-term cooperation, to calculate the probability of a step in the transfer, thus predicting the measurement conditions before the next cooperation, getting the result of the various metrics'prediction and assessment before cooperation. After obtaining the prediction and evaluation, this paper uses Bayes trust model, combines with the supply chain business trust metrics under the Markov model prediction, designs reliability analysis function among enterprises, this function can be qualitatively predict the probability of the credibility under next cooperative process that the joint venture will demonstrate. The design of the function is an innovative research results of the supply chain business co-operation trust mechanism and has real significance to real economic activity. In addition, after the design of quantitative reliability function and under this reliability restriction, this article innovatively applied prospect theory in behavioral finance to the supply chain enterprise cooperative decision-making, income is the reference index, evaluate the performance of selected project qualitatively, to help enterprises filter selected projects and provide basis for further cooperation project decision-making activities.This paper differs from most previous research on supply chain trust mechanism and not the perspectives from the qualitative analysis to research the problem. It is an innovative design on quantitative evaluation model of the supply chain cooperation trust and decision making and mainly used some new methodology tools to discuss the supply chain cooperation trust and decision-making mechanism.
