Research On Reform Of The System Of Incentive Of Agent Of Ping An Life Insurance Company

Since 1992 , American International Assurance Company entered Shanghai, most of domestic insurance companies have followed it′s mode of business management, individual agent system of life insurance was once the main form of life insurance sales, on the rapid development of China's life insurance industry it has played a important role. However,there are still many problems, due to the insurance market is not very perfect, the laws and regulations are imperfect, coupled with individual agent system of life insurance is running short of time and so on. Research on the system of individual agents in China's life insurance industry is an important issue to be resolved, and it′s the key to the further development of China's insurance industry .In this paper, taking Ping An Life Insurance Company for example, it introduces incentive systems for individual agents and the existing incentives about Ping An Life Insurance Company, through the United States and Japan we can learn the system of insurance agent from developed countries, based on the theory of modern motivation, combined with Management and Human Resource Management, adopting methods of qualitative research, comparative studies, literature research and theory and practice by combining, it points current incentive mechanism of Ping An Life Insurance Company and major problems of agent and it presents measures about the system of individual agent of reform of Ping An Life Insurance Company. Finally, according to their different needs, Ping An Life Insurance agents are classified, Ping An Life Insurance Company demonstrates that the incentives of individual agents of reform measures are feasible and scientific. The reform of the system of incentives for the company's success will not only play an important role in promoting further development, but also will be useful for reference and will have a major impact for the entire life insurance industry in China .
