Individual agent marketing mechanism of life insurance is an important channel to improve the development of life insurance. This thesis analyzes the experiences of China life insurance Company in this aspect. Sales management is an important part of enterprise management. Whether the productivity of the salesmen can been inspired has a direct impact on the efficiency of the enterprise. The company has adopted a series of measures to reform and rectify this mechanism. But with it have arisen such problems as shortage of marketing administrative management, marketing standstill or even a decline., drain on exemplary marketing salesmen, competency decline of them and drain on important customers. We can find the reasons for these problems mentioned above: it has not established a scientific enlisting system to screen marketing salesmen; it is deficient in training; it does not have a perfect proficiency assessment system; salary system has not really effect inspiration; inner supervision is not the best. So, the paper puts forward the following countermeasures: screening system based on competency model and training and developing system should be developed establish an effective system for motivation enhanced the supervision system. The paper will elaborate its point in four parts:Chapater One: introduction of background and purpose of this paper. Making a summary of former research results of sale management and putting forward method and main content of the research.Chapater Two: firstly this article analysed the importance of life insurance agent management system in management from characteristics of life insurance product and special skills, introduce that the agent sale system is the main manner.Chapater Three: study of life insurance agent management system in some foreign countries. My subjects are mainly life insurance agent management system in America, Japan, which are believed to have well-developed agent management system. My aim is to get some inspiration for the development of life insurance in our country through the contrast.Chapater Four: based on the through analysis of the factors above and the experience of the regions with better-developed life insurance industry, I will give some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.In order to push forward marketing, the author believes that the company should establish an effective system for motivation.
