The Research On The Preservation Of Insurance Individual Agents

In 1992, the introduction of individual agent system has broken the traditional individual life insurance marketing pattern and becomes the power of life insurance. Life insurance in China has developed rapidly due to the system's rationality. But several years after the introduction of this system, some questions gradually come out. For example, the decline insurance agent quality, the low productive ability, the high decline percentage, the big amount financial cost, the expansion risk and the honesty crisis and so on. Therefore, in order to maintain the healthy and stable development in life insurance industry, It is necessary to reform and perfect individual agent system.This article explains the conception and main factors influencing the turnover of insurance agent. It explains a real case of the organizational factors that influence agent. First, this article analyzes the situation of the turnover of insurance agent in Chinese insurance companies. Secondly, I introduced the history of insurance agent abroad, the individual development market management in China and analyzed the intention, the advantage and active effect of the system. Final, I suggest combined the individual agent system with the staff member system. Base on the analysis of the practical situation of insurance companies, one instructive design is brought with in order to solve the incentive problem of insurance agents.In this paper, base on the element theory, such as agent theory, hypo thesis of personality inspiration system and inspiration theory, refer to study menthes such as, personnel resource management theory, achievement and efficiency theory, through the combination of theory and practice. This paper analyzes the individual agent system and then puts forward the corresponding solutions.The paper has positive effect on the adoption of world compaction and insurance company, and also give some suggestion on the study of agent inspiration system.
