The beauty industry as an infant industry in our country, after 20 years of development, becomes "the fifth hotspots in consumption"after real estate, automobiles, telecommunications and tourism. As Improving the life quality and living quality, people has begin to understand of the beauty industry more and more rational and mature, and demand for beauty more and more strongly. For a number of years, the scale of the beauty industry has increased by more than15% a year. According to the prediction from some relevant departments, the profit space of the beauty industry will reach 150 billion Yuan. With the aggravation of the market competition and the gradually increasing demands of consumers, more and more beauty salons have clearly known that they only to advance the satisfaction of consumers, by proceeding in all cases from the demands and interests of the consumers, and boost customer loyalty that create sustainable competitive advantages.Firstly, this paper makes a comprehensive and in-depth summary of the beauty industry from aspects as the general situation of the development of the beauty industry, the situation and problem, and the prospects in development. Secondly, by investigating and studying on the spot, this paper constructs the evaluation model of customer satisfaction degree of A beauty salon, and goes into detail about the evaluation index system and the method; with Horizontal comparison method and Key factor analysis method so as to find out the problems and reasons. Finally, aiming at the key problems of A beauty salon, the paper proposes some service strategies from service concept, professional beautician service, after-sale services and customer loyalty, after analyzing the consumer psychology.Based on investigating and studying on the spot, this paper proposes some implementation strategies from the views of the consumer. Other beauty salons could take it as a template comfortably and devise good strategies for their self-development, through making a concrete analysis of concrete problems.
