| Land Banking is an innovation of land management system, which is for the sake of controlling the land market and stabilizing the development of the region economic. It is made up according to The Master Plan and urban planning, including purchasing land, storing up land, developing land and selling land systematically. Practice has proved that it really worked in regulating the land market, fulfilling planning objectives, accelerating the urban redevelopment and controlling the price of real estate. But the shortage of capital is blocking the Land Banking working day by day, the Financial Allocation and bank loans are far from the needs of Land Banking working. It needs to broaden the financing channel, and the mode of REITs which is well developing in real estate can be transplant to the Land Banking, called Land Banking Investment Trusts.
