Study On The Whole Process Project Cost Control Of Dayuan Building Project

Since china joins WTO, economic develop rapidly and capital investment expand continually. The research whole process of project cost control is urgent. Project cost management involves many factors, and is a work full of uncertainty. In the project implementation process many unforeseen issues world happen which is hard to deal with only according to the control of investment. The whole process of planning and control is necessary.This paper systematically analyzes the theories and methods of whole process project cost control in China. The content of research on project cost is based on the study of situation, applying value engineering method to analyze design, tendering, construction and completion of Dayuan building project in the whole process. Suggestion problems and the shortcoming are made. Some innovation of project, cost control is proposed. Research results on the whole process cost control is helpful to the development and expansion of construction projects, which has strong practical and theoretical significance.
