The Customer demand-oriented"Innovation ecosystem", with general ecological characteristics of natural systems, is a system formed by knowledge alienation, symbiotic co-existence and co-evolution of Component / Module of High-tech enterprises in the global context, and it's linked by technology standardization strategy of collaborative R & D, intellectual property licensing, technical standards cooperation. And it has distinctive features as standardization of interface technology, core technology component / module, necessity of cooperation symbiotic, and differentiates from traditional objects of study such as business sets group, virtual enterprise, enterprise dynamic alliance, cluster supply chain, regional industrial parks etc. However, the rapid expansion of transnational networks of technological innovation swept high-tech industry of nations in recent years, promoting competition among high-tech enterprise transferring from "struggle between individual enterprises"to " struggle over supply chain" and then upgrading to " struggle over innovation ecosystem". In innovation eco-system, the ultimate success of technological innovation is often dependent on other partners, technical standards cooperation and compatible collaborative R & D cooperation, which give rise to risks outside of traditional R & D project management.This paper firstly analyzes the high-tech enterprise innovation ecosystem by introducing ecological research methods, and then researches the formation and evolution mechanism of the innovation ecosystem by adopting the ecological research methodology. The high-tech enterprise innovation ecosystem has similar elements, characteristics and operation mode of general natural ecosystem, so it is feasible to adopt the ecological research methodology. On this basis, this paper analyzes risk sources and risk types of the high-tech enterprises innovation ecosystem and business.This paper finally builds a risk assessment indicator system of high-tech enterprise innovation ecosystem, and makes an empirical study on China's mid-sized sedan cars and spare parts production enterprises. After data collection by various means, we conduct preliminary data analysis, combine the optimized evaluation index system and perform principal component analysis, cluster analysis and discriminate analysis by using software SPSS13.0. Though the empirical study, we find that risk types enterprises innovation ecosystem facing are different. It turns out that the evaluation index system has good operability and guiding significance, and the research results could provide guidelines for mode selection, partner selection, risk control of high-tech enterprise innovation ecosystem.
