Real Estate On The Contribution Of Local Economic Development Research In Jilin Province

The paper makes detailed analysis and research on the correlation between the real estate industry in Jilin Province and the national economy-related industries by use of"input-output tables of Jilin"and the input-output model.The aim is to analyze the contribution to local economy made by the real estate industry in Jilin Province,and provide the quantitative basis for the harmonious development of local economy in Jilin Province,and finally make recommendations about the policy to the accelerate sustainable development of real estate industry in Jilin Province.The paper analyzes the contribution to local economy made by the real estate industry in Jilin Province's by systematic contrast study on the main factor,the basic flow sheet,direct consumption coefficient table and the total input coefficient table of"input-output tables of Jilin Province in 2002"and"input-output tables of Jilin Province in 2007",and examination on the applicability and scientificity of these parameters and indicators to the real estate industry in Jilin Province.The paper analyzes the status and role of the real estate industry in the national economy by analyzing the concept and characteristics of real estate and defining them.It makes analysis on the technical and economic relevance between the real estate industry and other industries in Jilin Province from the forward,backward and circle association perspective,as well as analysis on the contribution to local economy made by the real estate industry in Jilin Province by study of the influence on local economic growth,tax,financial revenue and employment of Jilin Province's real estate industry combining with Jilin Province in 2002 and 2007 input-output table.Finally,with its actual development,recommendations are made for sustainable development of real estate industry in Jilin Province.
