Cash flow business survival and development of enterprises is very important and is an important aspect of financial management, impacting on the enterprise's operations and investment. Cash flows is blood to the body in the enterprise , adequate positive operating cash flow so that enterprises in the process to have sufficient funds to buy raw materials, to pay maturing debt, pay dividends, and foreign investment to ensure their market competitiveness, and promote rapid and stable development of enterprises. Once the enterprises do not have sufficient cash, it is difficult to achieve the goal of maximizing corporate value, and may find themselves in financial difficulties, serious or even unable to pay due debts because of bankruptcy. Therefore, to do the cash flow management is essential.Real estate is an important industry for economic development in China, due to the particularity of the real estate industry, manufacturing operations, demand for capital, dependence on high, taking money for a long time, so the real estate business at greater risk of cash flow, real estate corporate cash flow management is even more important. If the real estate business cash flow in operations in the crack, even if the performance of for-profit business accounting, there will be cash flow shortfall, and unable to repay maturing debt. Therefore, the real estate company's cash flow management in its financial management is essential.Paper combines the theory of risk management, real estate development companies in the cash flow analysis of risk factors and defects in the real estate enterprise risk management, based on the realities of the real estate company's cash flow cash flow real estate development and management of enterprises and the current problems risks, the problems for the proposed cash flow risk management and control system:(1) Construction of cash flow management organization system: cash flow management committee, cash flow management organizations, departments, centralized management of cash flow and cash flow, responsible institutions, the formation of networks and the responsibility of cash flow management system, from the organization to provide protection for cash flow management ;(2) the establishment of the dynamic budget cash flow management system: The cash flow planning, regular monthly and quarterly budgets, large capital schemes and dynamic adjustment of the content, form, function and relationships, to achieve cash flow from the process of dynamic budget management;(3) Construction of cash flow risk early warning system: for the cash flow risk, to describe the profitability of the business building, asset management and financial indicators of investment profitability early warning system for model-based monitoring and control from the information on the company's cash flow risk;(4) the use of cash flow accounting system: based on existing accounting system, the establishment of cash flow accounting as a supplement to accounting information, cash flow from the enterprise risk system to prevent the formation of auxiliary tools.Papers with real cash flow of a real estate company data, analysis of the company's cash flow management situation, problems and potential risks for the existing problem, a risk prevention and control of cash flow management strategies, trying to explore a room for our country real estate development companies in the corporate cash flow is more effective risk management measures.
