The Key Technologies Of Task Management And Realization In Collaborative Product Design

Collaborative Design Network is a computer supported cooperative work in the emerging field of modern product design application mode. Currently, the network of collaborative product design focused on support for collaborative design network agent technology, support knowledge integration and management of information technology model in networked collaborative design, network collaborative design process modeling, control theory strategy study, based on project management and workflow technology in network design and management of collaborative, networked collaborative design environment to support the research platform. This article will focus on the task of management in networked collaborative design process. The main research of the paper is:Studying task allocation algorithm in collaborative product design, establishing skill levels and collaboration capabilities integrated to a designe demand system, proposed the matching matrix, preference matrix, loading matrix and the resources matrix to calculate the priority matrix of member configuration algorithm. Atter abtaining the initial configuration by configuring the algorithm scheme, a task-oriented rules is established, then, the application case is given and the proposed means of using the simulation algorithm and the adjust configuration is verifed.Researched on the parallel task scheduling algorithm for designers. the algorithm uses multi-agent simulation framework, as compared with the existing algorithms, the algorithm considers the main non-exclusive, collaborative, initiative, personal preferences, etc. so that the simulation based on the algorithm is more closer to the truth of the scheduling process. Meanwhile, the simulation study also provides the possibility that how the evaluation of the design main preferences influence the design process and how to optimize the behavior of the main preference, Finally,a simulation is established and verified.Studied the subtraction algorithm in collaborative product design by introducing the JADE-Agent system solution designers territorial restrictions, the introduction of expert decision system of evaluation weight method to quantify a product's design parameters, on the final plan is in line with expectations evaluation. Throughout collaborative innovation in the product design, the three stages of group decision method is proposed, the first phase of the program is to choose the selection of products, the second phase is to determine the design parameters, the third stage of the final product is evaluated. Finally, the application case and prove.Based on the above theoretical, this paper carried out collaborative product design task management system design, under the mode of B/S, the use of Java, MySQL development environment, the Agent-related models is proposed and the specific code, the task of information inquiries ,parallel task scheduling, task coordination, task conflict negotiation,programme conflict reduced, personal mission to maintain and personal information maintenance function are all relized. Finally, the the function of the he prototype system is verified.
