Research On The Risk Of Oil Field Enterprise's Technologic Innovation

Oil industry is a capitally and technologically intensive enterprise. The characteristic determines the important role the technical innovation plays in the development of oil industry. Since the 1990s, the world's oil industry has entered an era in which high and new technology is dominant. By means of adopting the high and new technology, the international oil corporations attempt to solve many problems concerning exploratory development and management decisions to adapt to the ever-changing oil market. During the last ten years, the development cost of large foreign oil corporations fell by 40.8 percent, production cost fell by 24 percent, full cost fell by 33.8 percent. This shows that technological advances serve as a convoy escort for the existence and development of the world oil industry in the unstable environment of oil prices. Hence, it can be seen that deep, widespread and sustained advancement of technological innovation activities in oil field enterprises are of important and actual significance. But it can not be denied that risk coexists with return in the process of technological innovation. Because of the existence of incertitude factors in this process, technical innovation has become a high-risk activity. Therefore, it has instructive significance to analyze and assess risks in the process of technological innovation.Taking the current status of technical innovation of oil field enterprises as the background, absorbing the up-to-date research products of risk management and risk evaluation theory of technological innovation home and abroad, combining the current risks in the process of technical innovation in oil enterprises, the thesis analyzes the reasons contributing to the risks and constructs risk appraisal target system of the technical innovation in oil enterprises. The risk evaluation model of the technical innovation in oil enterprises is established by virtue of hierarchy analysis and fuzzy comprehensive assessment. Empirical analysis is made as well. On this basis, risk prevention and control measures are discussed in the process of technological innovation of oil enterprises on an initial basis.
