Enterprise’s technological innovation work is a systematic project involving many departments and links, To make the enterprise technology innovation activities go smoothly, we must set up a set of effective management system. With the development trend of China’s internationalization and the accelerated pace of global economic integration, technological innovation has become the main force of economic and social development.TC company is a private enterprises started with personal care products functional materials. After 15 years of development, through continuous technological innovation, grasp the market opportunities, and extend the application field, now it has become a well-known enterprise in fine chemical industry. Its products involved personal care, lithium ion battery materials, organic silicone materials of new materials and new energy.
