A Study On The Determinants For Undertaking International Outsourcing Of Information Service And China's Countermeasures

Due to the low power consumption and high value added of the industry of information service outsourcing, the industry of information service outsourcing has developed rapidly in recent twenty years with a average growth rate of fifty three point zero four percentage every year for the world information service outsourcing cost. The industry of information service outsourcing in China also has grown fast, however, the gap is very obvious compared with Japan, India and Occident. So, in order to boost the development of information service outsourcing of China, undertaking more international business of information service has been an urgent problem that need to solve.This thesis is in study on the major determinants for undertaking information service outsourcing of china, and want to increase the amount of information services outsourcing of china through mechanism design. This paper combines qualitative and quantitative analysis, theory and practice analyses. In this paper, we analysis the panel data ,which was selected from 19 countries in nine years. According to the result of collinearity among variables test for Granger, the author adjusts the explanatory variables. At last we can get the panel data analysis of amendmentting model. In previous studies, most people pay attention to the factors of information services outsourcing as follow: infrastructure, human capital, wages, services development, science and technology investment, services, and so on. The actual proved results demonstrated in this paper show that the degree of infrastructure, exchange rate, human source capital and the deference of culture are the main factors that affect undertaking of information service outsourcing. On the other hand, the wage doesn't influence the quantity of information service outsourcing. On the contrast, it will affect the wage level.With combining development status of information services outsourcing in china, this paper is based on determining the outsourcing factors of the impact of undertaking information services, and proposes a promotion mechanism design .Through the establishing the National Outsourcing Association of information services, we can promote the amount of information service of China .
