Offshore Outsourcing And China's Countermeasures On The Services

In recent years, service offshore outsourcing has a great progress, and attracts lots of attention. By contrasting with Indian service offshore outsourcing, this paper discussed main problem of Chinese service offshore outsourcing and made some suggestion. This paper includes six parts.The first chapter introduces the general situation of service offshore outsourcing. The second chapter analyzes service offshore outsourcing's cause, rationality, inevitability, and figures out service offshore outsourcing is the oblige result of the community's progress in economic, technology and politics other than fashion. The third chapter analyzes the economic benefit and negative effect on the home country and destination country. Anyway service offshore outsourcing is in favor of improving the welfare of both nations, and it is the sign of societies' progress. The fourth chapter discussed the reason and potential problem of the Indian service offshore outsourcing, which is one of the greatest in the world. In the fifths chapter, by contrast with India, we discussed the potential problem of China, and make a recommendation. In the human resource's respect, our nation's main problem is our talent brought up by our school is out of joint from the enterprise's needs. To cultivate outsourcing talent, we should pay more attention to standardization, high efficiency and pertinency. From enterprise's point of view, there is a great gap between China and India. This is the result of the supply and demand interacts. Only by opening, can china facilitate the enterprise's health development and form international competition. In the intellectual property respect, China should change international image. The channel of enterprise financing should improve too. The sixth chapter summarizes the full text and proposes that Chinese enterprise should cooperate with Indian enterprise positively beside profits from Indian experience.
