| In knowledge economy times, scientific and technological competition is the primary competition among enterprises and national competition, human resources which is regarded as a carrier of knowledge and technology are the key factor in competition. However, the performance management is a core component of enterprise human resource and is paid more attention to by many enterprises, but how to improve employee performance and enhance enterprises'competitive advantage by using performance management is a issue that many enterprises are actively exploring and researching.But through the relevant survey results,domestic enterprises have some problems in performance management, the setting and analying of the KPI(key performance indicators) in part of enterprise performance assessment are lack of science and effective coverage, resulting in reducing the understanding of enterprise performance appraisal and leading to performance management not fully playing its due role.This paper, involving performance management methods in the production site of ShenLong Automobile corporation (the following short for ShenLong corporation) ,discussed and analyzed some problems that existing in the past performance evaluation methods. And also drawing on the essence of performance management combined with the use of KPI performance assessments in production site's actual situation, using the AHP to set the key assessment indicators ,according to the roles and responsibilities at all levels of the indicators of different layers of a reasonable decomposition in the production site, designing KPI assessments methods that are suitable for the production site, and finally evaluating the behavior of the process as a attach on this basis, making the final examination results reflect the true performance of enterprises'staff fully. Finally in the process of the implementation and evaluation details, setting up incentive mechanisms results of the exam to improve the performance management in the production site. The assessment program can be provided to the similar industry's performance as a reference. |
