Today, the core concept of market economy is enterprise, competition and customer. Enterprise's success lies in whether grasp the demand of customer clearly, and do better than rivals, thought further than any others, do more serious than others, and do faster than Others. All of this needs the effective corporate strategy. Strategic planning lies in what will we do and what will not. The essence of this depends on grasping the current situation accurately and understanding the customer and market's trend. We should adjust the strategy timely according to the external environment's change.Begin with the ANJI group's competitive environment analysis, this article summarized the resources, the ability, the core competitiveness and unfavorable factors. Put forward the opportunities, advantages and development barriers, Define the business development orientation, it's "to provide high quality service, creating modern service industry group", appearing on the market by integrating group's fine assets. Develop five-year development plan, include the vision, mission and values, business development localization, organizational structure's adjustment, development targets, development initiatives, and development phases. Then demonstrate it from the business valuation, the growing path, and the choosing of the strategy model, and classified the current business by using the tools as SWOT, GE matrix, Industrial policy formulatedies, Group will be proposed to build modern service along with the growing path, it's "one promotion, two keeping, three construction". Clearly the development of business services,tourism and leisure,and property management. This article also makes out the measures about how to build the core competence.Choosing the proper persons can be considered as the most important factor for the strategy realization. To ensure the strategic target's realization, there will be make up the measures from the property rights system's design, group control model's design, financial control model's design , marketing, human resources and enterprise culture, etc.
