Yichuan County Social Service System For Agricultural Science And Technology Issues Of The Establishment

As we know, science and technology has played a prominent and irreplaceable role in the agricultural development. And the conversion of agricultural scientific and technological achievements is an important element during the work of agricultural science and technology. Modern agriculture is the type of science and technology, and he key of improving the peasants` incomes is the innovation and transformation of technology. So the transformation of the agricultural scientific and technological achievements is a crucial way to solve the"three dimensional rural issues"problem.On the base of using the method of surveying, researching the literature,qualitative and quantitative analysis, this thesis firstly introduces the successful model of the international agricultural scientific and technological achievements` transformation. Then it investigates the current situation of the conversion of agricultural scientific and technological achievements in Yichuan, and finds the problem of it .In addition , by analysis the favorable conditions of the transformation of the agriculture in this region ,we can see the gratifying changes in Yichuan, in this aspect .At last ,it raises some concrete measures to expedite the Yichuan`s agricultural scientific and technological achievements` transformation.
