With the accelerated progress of modernization, China’s twelfth “Five-Year Plan” strives to realize thejoint development of urbanization, industrialization and agricultural modernization, and among whichagricultural modernization is of fundamental importance. Establishing a new socialized agricultural servicesystem is the objective requirement of China’s transformation from traditional agriculture to modernagriculture, and an important part of modern agriculture. Agricultural socialization service system of ourcountry is a complicated systematic project, including thousands of farmers, cooperative organizations,business organizations and relevant government departments. As the socialized agricultural service systemin Xinjiang is in the transition from the old period to the new, how to focus on the development needs ofagricultural modernization and strengthen autonomous agricultural socialization service system in theorganization synergies and structural integrations, and promoting the degree of socialization, marketization,specialization of agricultural services, and improving the agricultural service capability are therequirements of market law of the Chinese characterized agricultural modernization.The main content of this study includes the exploration of the systematic structure of agriculturalservice organization relationship in Xinjiang, social structure and cooperation structure; Through empiricalresearch, the paper tried to test whether the relationship of agricultural service organizations had influenceon organizational performance (elastic performance, performance, financial performance),and studied thecontribution relationship among agricultural service organizations (or enterprises) on organizational (orenterprises). The results showed that (1) the structural integration among organizations had an effect onorganizational flexibility performance;(2) the structural integration among Organizations had influence onorganizational financial performance;(3) the structural integration of Organizations had contribution to theorganization development performance. Combining the conclusion of theory and empirical research, thispaper provides the basis for the empirical theory and the reference for the performance for integrating thecurrent Xinjiang agricultural social service structure effectively and promoting agricultural organizations(or enterprises) performance, and puts forward the rationalization proposal and the countermeasure.
