China's Petroleum Security Warning And Countermeasures Under The New Situation

Known as the "industrial blood" of oil on the development of a country's continued economic well the importance of maintaining a good momentum of national political importance, the western developed countries have a national energy security, the appropriate protective measures, the oil resources security is very seriously. China is a big country rich in resources, but the rapid development of economic self-made oil far below the amount of consumer demand, by 2010, China's crude oil imports reached 239 million tons, dependence on foreign oil as high as 53.8%, with China's oil growing dependence on increased oil security enhanced by the emphasis each year. However, energy production and demand with a big country comparison, China's oil security mechanisms to immaturity, not a more scientific and reasonable oil security early warning systems, and the established principles of scientific accuracy of the oil security early warning mechanism, to advance measures to prevent the risk of oil resources, has become a serious problem in China. This paper analyzes the face of domestic and international oil security situation, which discussed the impact of domestic and foreign factors of China's oil security, build suitable for China's oil security early warning indicator system, and evaluate the current status of China's oil security, and then through empirical analysis a period in China's oil future to predict the safety, and finally put forward under the conditions predicted for China's oil security countermeasures.
