In 1993, China transformed from a net exporter of crude oil into a net importer of crude oil,and with the continuous deepening of reform and opening up and the rapid economic development,national energy demand and oil and gas imports are increasing year by year,energy security has been getting the high degree attention by the Communist Party of China and the Chinese Government.To achieved diversification of the energy import ways and channels are the primary means of maintaining energy security.For inland oil and gas,the delivery of pipeline transportation is the best way.But major powers'contests for oil and gas pipelines have never stopped.Since 1990s, China have realized the importance of the energy pipelines in maintaining national energy security, and launched pipeline diplomacy with Kazakhstan,Russia, Myanmar and other countries . To the present, China-Russia oil pipeline,oil and gas pipelines in Kazakhstan have put into operation,and China-Burma oil and gas pipeline is building. But looking back, the road is not smooth, and full of thorns.Due to the geopolitical impact and the scarcity of oil and gas resources, The political game of China and relevant countries in China's cross-border oil and gas pipeline is inevitable. For China-Russia oil pipeline,oil and gas pipelines in Kazakhstan and China-Burma oil and gas pipeline ,the political games between China and Russia,Japan,the United States,India are continuous,and with the deeping of cooperation,the political games also present a certain characteristics. Practice has proved that holding mutual benefit between countries is the key of the stability of world energy markets. Therefore, energy cooperation needs mutual trust .Energy cooperation calls for equality.
