Nowadays, with the rapid development of the economy, enterprises are facing the expanding competition scale. Enterprise wants to get the logistics cost reduced further. The logistics servicers are requested to treat logistics questions on the higher level, to shift their service from the specific transportation management coordination, supply chain management service to the whole logistics supply chain integration and supply chain solutions provided. the integration technology, comprehensive skills, strategic and the global expansion ability enable the fourth party logistics to become a supply chain manager from the traditional supply chain management, to provide comprehensive supply chain management service for other enterprises.However, as the globalization of the supply chain, the hierarchy number is continuously increasing and supply-chain structure become complex. The fourth party logistics enterprises in the implementation of supply-chain management, the fourth party logistics enterprises constantly meet on supply-chain information integrated problems. This problem seriously affects the fourth party logistic enterprises'implement of the supply-chain management, and become the restriction of the 4Pls'development. Therefore, under the new situation, we should pay enough attention on the solution of the supply-chain's information integration. This paper present the difficult problem of the supply chain's information integration affect the development of the fourth party logistics, which the fourth party logistics enterprises faced in the process of the supply chain management. This paper researches the development of current intelligent information technology and supply chain management theory, presents that the intelligent supply chain can solve the problems which the 4PLs face and also discusses the use of ontology technology to realize intelligent supply chain scenario.This problem to the fourth party logistics enterprise development impact of combining the current intelligent information technology and supply chain management theory, this paper puts forward the development situation of intelligent supply chain to effectively solve the fourth party logistics enterprises facing these problems, and discusses the use of ontology technology to realize intelligent supply chain. The paper owns the important theoretical significance to promote the globalization of the fourth party logistics. The main research content is shown as following:Firstly,analysis the current intelligent information network technology and supply Chain management theory,we find that there exists link between the supply Chain and the information network. The intelligent information network technology can be enforced in the supply Chain to realize the integration of information flow inside the supply chain, to improve the intelligence and the agility of the supply chain .Based on this content above, the paper puts forward the concept of "smart supply chain", and analyses the definition of concept.Secondly, do research on the problem that the fourth party logistics encounter in the process of supply chain management. The solution of heterogeneous information in the supply chain is put forward to work out this information integration inside the supply-chain.Lastly, the construction of intelligent supply-chain is put forward to solve the problem which fourth party logistic enterprises faced. Ontology technology is the key technology to solve the problem of integration of heterogeneous information effectively. The intelligent network information system should be constructed by ontology technology, be coupled with supply chain to realize the intelligent supply-chain, which can solve the integration of the supply-chain's information.
