We have analyzed successful realization case of the 4PL both at home and abroad in detail in the article originally, discussed according to domestic relevant actual development of trade how realize our country 4PL. And we also have researched construction of information system of 4PL. The most important problem the information system of 4PL faces is the distribution of many business systems with the different constructing . In order to solve this difficulty, we have originally introduced Web Services technology totally based on XML in the article, which can integrate different computing platforms together, and support service deployment and searching.
