Research On Optimazation Of Investment Construction Of Fixed Assets In Hebei Province

In recent years, economy of Hebei Province develop rapidly,and the growth of fixed assets investment is rapid.In the case of high investment in fixed assets, people focus on whether investment structure is reasonable. Investment structure is closely related to demand structure, income distribution structure, the three industrial structure, the internal structure of industry, urban and rural structure, regional structure, spatial structure of land development and trade structure, so it is important to analyze investment structure of fixed assets in Heibei Province.Based on data,this paper uses methods of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis methods to analyse investment structure of fixed assets in Hebei Province. First, through analysis of thends of in fixed asset investment with the linear model, we know that the amount of fixed asset investment is higher and grows rapidly, and compared with the national provinces ,it is in the top of the nature,but still has a gap compared with the coastal provinces. Second, through the descriptive analysis of status and trend of fixed asset investment in Hebei Province ,we know that financing channels are narrow;proportion of foreign investment are low and it mainly rely on self-financing; the industries of related to people's livelihood have lower share of investment ;it has a big gap between urban and rural fixed assets investment. Third, through analysis of the efficiency of investment in Hebei Province by DEA model, we found that the third industry and the key industies have lower level of performance,and the comprehensive efficiency of the private economy reduce.Fourth,through analysis influence factors of fixed asset investment structure, we found that resource endowments, population quality, technology level, market demand, the efficiency level, the policy environment are important factors affecting the structure. Finally,according the results of the analysis ,the paper puts forward policy recommendations.
